Our products are made to order and ship within 10-15 business days unless otherwise noted. We use USPS Priority Mail/Priority Mail Int'l to ship. We will notify you of any back ordered items. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses, nor for orders once they are in the hands of USPS/Fed Ex/UPS. Tracking numbers are provided once an order has been shipped. All returns must be reported within 5 days after receipt. Returns must be received within one week of authorization. Merchandise credit will be issued upon approval, within 10-15 days of receipt, for the purchase price only and shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be in unused original condition. Please contact us first as returns without authorization will not be accepted.
